A cold water bath is recommended.
The point is to go into cold water.
This was triggered by Russian-style health.

Purpose of improving blood circulation and immunity

The primary purpose of a cold water bath is to get strong antibodies.
And make a body that is hard to gain weight.
Enter cold water to help the body work.
The body acts as a body temperature regulator.
I’ve always recommended running.
However, if the metabolism is bad, it makes no sense.
In other words, the best way to maintain good health is to take a cold water bath after aerobic exercise.


Coronavirus gave humans time to think.
I don’t know if I should be grateful for this.
But by being self-restraining, I was able to get smarter.
And I was able to learn a new rhythm of everyday life.
