Taking a walk

My lifestyle of habit is firstly taking a walk.

I take almost 10 km over for walk in largest running course.

This is for health and I have backache and to preserve injures and serious illness.

I recommend you to take for walk everyday for health.

Modern people doesnt even seem to use bicycle and almost using car or motorcycle anyway.

Then I just worry about earth energy foundations or something like things.

How I do enjoy to take long distant for walk

  1. Walking as listening to favorite songs
  2. Walking as planning something
  3. Walking as looking forward to shopping after walking

Taking a walk + zen = best treatment

Secondly Id like to talk about meal for people who wants change better meal of habit.

Actually I am on diet and I dont eat any fated foods everyday and I eat squid everyday.

The best point of diet is not allow empty stomach for a while and please stifle to get extra nutrition every times.

Also envision highly ideal and aiming it for a long time. Sometimes need to domain overworking for diet.
